Very disappointed

Im really disappointed at the services I received from pep cell Balfour in getting a refund for the adapter that I bought at their store , I don’t see myself buying from that store ever ,no matter how desperate I can be ,even their customer care is like their services they are just dragging . I’m really disappointed .
