Very disappointed customer

Poor service received from a manager 😞 named Ntombi Kele, My mother misplaced a slip she went to the store for a reprint she waited for 2 hours will a manager was looking for that slip and she said she could not find it and that was it she did even go an extra mile for her mind you she's using transport to go to Town. Therefore she told her that she's going to ask her daughter to come and ask for this slip,which is me because I was the one who made that payment, I had to come from Cape Town to Eastern Cape just for proof of payment, when I got to that Pep Cell I didn't even ask to speak to a manager I told them what I wanted they didn't even know how to look for the slip I had to tell then to do a journal reprint that was only then we got what we wanted. I am very very disappointed in her service, as for my mother to go up and down and my mother is a widow she's till wearing those dark clothes that we wear in culture 😢 My name is Thabisa and my cell number is ***
