VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am so disgusted by the level of service I got at PEP KERK street in Johannesburg. I bought a cell phone on the 5th of July. they phone switches off randomly and it does not get fully charged unless you leave it on the charger for a longer period of time. so I took it back on the 12th of July. I was told to leave my phone behind so they can prove that it is problematic. bare in mind the packing and the receipt. it was still within 7 days like it is stipulated on the slip. I was told they need to book it with an attitude. they kept on calling each other to the party like they do not know the rule of thumb. I was told I can go because there's nothing they can do besides them checking the phone as if they are technicians.
