Very poor service from the manager of PEP vangate mall Abigail is her name gave me major attitude as if it's my fault my lay-by went wrong that they let me stand and stand for a long time she goes up and down and does not inform me what's happening I feel PEP should send me something for compensation as my ice cream started melting as well 😢 people need to decide do they want to work or not and give way for people that knows what cust service is all about.
