Very BAD SERVICE

I'm very disappointed at the service that I received by one of your employees. Her name is Lerato Mahlangu at the pep store east point at the East Rand mall. She was so rude and unaccomdating to me as a customer simply because I wanted to cancel my laybye. After a long time of searching for the laybye , my mother decided to let her know how they found her laybye she shouted at her in a tone that not only was rude but very undermining. I quickly told her that was not the tone to use to an elderly person especially one who is a customer and immediately she dismissed me.

To my surprise when I asked to speak with the manager I was told she was the manager as she walked away not assisting me with the laybye.

After her colleagues assisted us she still insisted on being rude even after they told her to just apologize for get behavior.
