VERY BAD SERVICE

VERY BAD SERVICE I went to pep store in Diepkloof square today unfortunately was not happy with the service they have provided to me. I bought a DStv decoder it was towards month end of February and the decoder gave me the problem after the 26 on March it was already lock down and I couldn't take it back I called dstv sometime after the president announced the level 4 they said I should take it back to the store I went to the store they said I should come back because they helping with winter clothes only I went back today and I spoke to Palesa she said I must call back the multichoice they do not do exchange and when I checked the slip it says it has 1 year guarantee so this is frustrating me now, am not who is making me a fool because DSTV said go to the store to exchange the store said call dstv
