Very BAD SERVICE!

I’m at PEP Bara Mall and I just got attached by the security guard by the name of Neo. I came into the shop to buy and she came to me and told me that I should take my beg to the parcel counter. I asked her why is she fighting with me because she could have easily told me that I have to take my beg to the parcel counter instead of fighting with me and giving me attitude. She disrespected me in front of the customers of the store and when I told her to talk to me well she told me I’m making noise. Pep bara mall stuff is very rude and disrespectful to customers. Even the stuff members did nothing when the lady disrespected me instead they were laughing and encouraging the lady. I’m very disappointed with this store and it’s not the first time.
