Very Bad service
<p>Am susan yoyo,I bought a foune in March at port Alfred pep store. I used the foune for 13 days,the foune couldn't charge anymore. I returned the foune to the store. Now is been 2 months and the foune is not back.I went to the store twice.I asked for a refund. I want my money back.please attend to my problem .</p>

Pep is a joke ,phone still not back please refund my poor sister a phone . shes struggling to leave withought a phone or advise her , what must she do to get her foune or money back please solve this as soon as possible
