very bad service

<p>i bought a phone last month at PEP STORE IN NORTH WEST AT RUSTENBURG february 2017,i lost a slip,they say they cant help me,the phone is not working,it still under warranty for two years,i tried their customer line its not working the phone is been ringing for the whole past two weeks no answear.i also tried calling head office of PEP STORE,I talked to some lady there promising me to callme back till today its been three weeks now no answear.</p>
