Very bad customer service ever

Cashier by name NOLWAZI at Pep Home Busy Corner Mall , I don't know how she got the job to be in the front line of Pep store customers if she can treat customers like the way she is doing, I was there to send parcel for my kids , with a bad attitude on her face she said "I must pack! , start by paying! "When I I'm done I gave her a parcel to proceed , she said "no you were not surprised to do like this!"
