Very bad customer service by sneh in Phoenix plaza

So I had a very bad experiences at pep stores, in the Phoenix plaza, I went into the store thinking that a person by the name of sneh with help me with my account cause I was trying to call them but it just cut, so I went into the store, there was a young lady, dealing with the accounts I did ask the staff, I asked her to assist me cause they need to send me a sms but there was no sms so can you call me, she told me, you have a phone why don't you call cause I'm not working for pep, I'm contacted to them to open the accounts and if you see there, I'm going to loss out, if I help you,I will loss out on my account like the store was busy, she was so rude after that, I told her, I recorder her cause she actually saying to me that she don't want to assist me, you are there to assist to help open accounts you still working at the store and you should help were you can, then after I told her I will send this to the boss, she said yes go ahead haha, pepstores don't know how to teach there staff good customer service how disappointing
