Very bad attitude.

I went to pep cel ghandi square at 5:20 ,the was a lady by the name of Nozipho and she was blocking the door .She refused me to enter the store because they have closed...I looked at the sign and it stated that the store closes at 5:30,when i asked her she advised that the are lot of customers in the store and she wont let me in.I counted the number of customer who were inside and they were 7,I asked one of the customers who was already inside to buy the airtime for me and i stood outside...She had a bit of a quarrel with the customer on why did he take the money without her authority?The guy wanted to return the money and i advised him that when he walked in he was not asked how many items is he going to purchase therefore i will wait outside .I waited outside for my airtime ,the ladies attitude is so disgusting !!!Firstly she is not even apologetic and not explaining to customers on why is she blocking the door.She is standing by the door and chewing a gum with the face that say "I am in charge"...
