Very Bad and undesirable

<p>I bought 2 Samsung Z2 at Pep store in Northgate on 10 December 2016, and my kids complained that these phones are not android supported. Therefore due to time and work committment i could not return them during the week. I took them back on 17 December 2016 at 15:00pm only to be told that 7 days return period has passed. I found it very much pathetic that on the 17th is counted as 18th day. Will somebody advised me as to which planet is PEP living and the managers (Kagiso) is absolutely a joke to have a clueless person who is like Kagiso in the shop which is very busy like that. Yvone as the store manager looks like somebody who came from the bottlestore who was told that its after 11pm the liquor store is closed. Why PEP is selling cellphones i have no clue. Vodacom PEP is doing more harm than anything else. When i bougt these 2 phones nobody explained to me that these phones are not supported by android (pathetic). Samsung i will suggest you take your business away from PEP as the are causing more trouble with their unprofessionalism. I need someone to explain to me what i must do with these phones and i will suggest people not to buy phones from PEP, they are as unprofessional as their cheap shop. The staff from Northgate are very much unprofessional,you can tell with their body language that they are working for a cheap and unprofessional business. Guys DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM PEP.</p>
