Very bad and ridiculous service pep call center

I used to love Pep home and pep stores. However the worst mistake that I made was opening a pep account. THEY NEVER STOP CALLING YOU. IF I PAY MY ACCOUNT NOW, THEY SURE AS HELL WILL CALL ME 10 TIMES THE FOLLOWING DAY TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY. according to the national credit act they are not allowed to harass consumers if accounts are are paid accordingly. I have told them on numerous occasions when I get paid and when I will make payments monthly but they will keep on calling from different numbers until 8 to 9pm. It is ridiculous!! I have stopped buying at pep all and all together because I don't want this account anymore and I do not want to support them anymore. The call center agents are rude and not trained properly either!! Disgusting service
