Verbal abuse to customers

I would like complain about Nthabiseng Selundu, she was very rude to me and my daughter. I went to the store for shopping on the 1 March 2025 , while shopping the hole stores floor are wet ,no board saying wet floor , while I walked on the wet floor she said floor is wet I asked her nicely where are we suppose to walk the hole store is wet , I asked her why not mop in the morning or when closing, she said in a rude tone are you going to pay me overtime. Is that the way she is talking to customers and I said you will not talk to me that way. My daughter said you will not talk to my mom that way, then she started with my daughter , I said to her she will not talk my daughter. Am going to the police to make a case against her , for her behavior to the consumer about her verbal abuse towards my daughter. Pep stores in Jacaranda centre, Pretoria
