Velly

Pep home Forest Hill. On the 4th of January I asked Velly if they do cash back. She said yes, but I need to purchase something. I agreed and purchased sweets and asked for the cash back. She agreed. After swiping my card, 8 was handed the sweets. And I asked for the cash. I was told No. "I did not ask for it."

I see though that this store and their employees (Velly) lacks customer service and common decency to fulfill what I paid for.
