Utterly Dissatisfied

100% Dissatisfaction, After the Manager of Pep stores Sophiatown maliciously handled my package knowing it was two blenders with glass jugs, she even hinted that it might break, I asked her to please take extra precautions and now the two blenders worth R800 has arrived to my customer in Cape Town with both glass jugs broken, exactly what the Store manager of PEP STORES SOPHIATOWN subtly threatened, I know accidents happen, but after seeing how she banged my package on the counter to scan the PAXI barcode, my suspicion is that she wanted to prove a point to me, I am extremely dissatisfied with pep stores and PAXI, and I don't get no response from them, Customer service putrid, zero stars from me, Chestin Nortje.
