UTTERLY DISGUSTED

On Sunday we went to PEP in Verwoerd Park. We wanted to buy a phone for my son(11years). When we got there around 11:30 there was only 1 Person working in the store. I asked for assistance regarding the phone and she called someone from the back. She strolled to the front and when asked about the phones she said "ALL THE PHONES ARE GOOD". So we browsed on our own without any help. She didnt even open up the Cabinet to show us. We eventually picked one. Again she didnt even show it to me, Just told me to pay. I paid and she put inserted the sim card and activated it and gave it to me in the box. I left and then realised she didnt give me the number. I went back in and some one else gave me the phone number as she was nowhere again. I went back later to get airtime and as i entered she spoke in her own language and said to the other girl " I DONT WANT TO HELP THIS IDIOT AGAIN" To me this was ****** as she spoke i her own language not realise that i understood what she said. I told her that i understood and didnt even get a "SORRY" UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS KIND OFF SERVICE
