Useless store and paxi service

PAXI service at PEP- CELL northgate store is USELESS i came here to collect a paxi parcell and your cell phone system was not working as it had no data. I was forced to wait around for 30 minutes to collect one simple parcel. The pregantwoman at the till was lazy and rude and barely helped me.
