USELESS PEP STORE NORTH CAPE MALL KIMBERLEY/ PAXI

PEP Store KIMBERLEY NORTH CAPE MALL misplaced my parcel. My parcel was sent on the 24 April 2024 and i received an SMS stating that my parcel was received and is ready for collection on the 29 April 2024. On the 1st on May 2024, I went to collect my parcel and unfortunately I was no where to be found. I waited for PEP staff to look for it . I was told that they cannot find my parcel ; the Store Manager was also on leave ; and I must come the following day. I went there after a day, I found the Store Manager and was parcel was no where to be found. The Store Manager stated that she will call me the same day, she never called; instead she called after 5 days. The Store Manager called me on the 08 MAY 2024 and confirmed that my parcel is in Bloemfontein and she will call me back once it has arrived. Till Today, 22 MAY 2024 I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM PEP STORE NORTH CAPE MALL. MY PAXI CODE D***
