useless pep store

pep is useless and does not care about customers only their money, i bought a cellphone and within a month the phone stop working i took it to pepstore and its been 6 weeks now still my phone is not back. when i go to follow up they tell me they cant trace its progress and cant refund me im very unhappy with them i paid cash for this phone but now im suffering.
