Useless non service

Went into PEP Goodwood and decided to buy a phone . I did not have original ID with me but did have copy of ID , Drivers , Business cards , library card , even my PEP card and told the staff all I want is the hand set not a new sim so ricca should not be a problem but the useless unfriendly and unhelpful staff did not want to help me . PEP Stores is really a pathetic place to try and buy anything and have no clue how to assist clients , but its their loss as I will now buy from someone that wants to sell to the public . Avoid PEP , the service is pathetic .
