Useless manager

I went to pep Alberton on the 22 February 2021to cancel my laybye but I had lost my slip so I brought my ID. The supervisor or manager told me they cannot assist me coz I lost my slip I have to go to a police station and certify my ID copy because there's nothing they can do for me. OK I told her I have certified copy in my phone give me an email address I'll send she says no we don't have a printer imagine as I was about to go out I actually get a copy at Kodak I remember I don't have cash still I tell her sge tells me I can come back tomorrow that's where I resorted to calling customer care the consultant asked to speak to the manager I gave her the phone of which she continued arguing with the consultant and wasting my time and my airtime but eventually she gave in and gave me my money without the certified ID copy. She wasted my time and airtime but I'm glad the consultant spoke some sense into her., shes rude as hell shame
