Useless courier

I went to receive my long awaited package today at pep wonderboom junction. The lady at the counter searched through many parcels to find my parcel. She mishandled every parcel as she was in a hurry. When she finally got to mine (which is a custom build wooden egg house i ordered online), she roughly took the parcel and slammed it on the counter to scan it. When i confronted her with the damaged packaging she simply said she has no comment because any one could have damaged the parcel. By the looks of it she is right. Not only did she damaged my parcel, but so didi every paxi employee between Cape Town and Pretoria. No apologies, no professionalism, no respect, or any good attribute can i give my experience at the pep store and paxi (no) service. No need to say that my order is damaged. This is by far the most useless ************* courier company i have ever dealt with.
