Useless card machines

I went to PEP at Chris Hani crossing today to get my laybye good.when I proceeded to the till points the lady scans all my things then I pay with my card wich decline and they tell me it will reverse it’s been over 3 hours still nothing I want my money as in yesterday I will not wait for 10 days please I’m now R 694,80 short please
