Upset is not even the word

The only reason I'm given a star is because I have no choice this morning I was called by a very rude consultant demanding payment... I was so disgusted by the way this girl handled herself claiming I made a payment of R400 when in actual fact I made a payment of R600 which is more than my installment on the 28 Feb 2024...now I get a call a ND credit record because you cn find my money... I need this to be rectified immediately... Also get someone who actually ask the proper question and conduct herself in a great manner over the years I've worked with many clients who owed millions they were rude and was sweating but not once did disrespect them or raised my voice and it made of me one of the best in my trade... This lady need training with immediate effect
