UNWILLING TO HELP CLIENTS

I bought a Netsurfer tablet from Pepcell and the battery no longer works. I called a Pepcell branch who said they cant help me, i need to call Future Mobile and provided me with a contact number. I called the number 10 times this morning and am told that the number is invalid. I've checked online and found a different number - still with no luck. Why won't Pep help if they sell the products??? This is bad customer service. Do not waste your money on buying tablets from pepcell as they leave you, the customer to sort out the mess.
