Unwilling to assist bad customer service

Pep has partnered with standard bank and absa for cash transfers and withdrawals but with your cashiers if a customer does not know or is unsure which bank the sender used to send the money they’ll tell u or give an attitude that you as the customer are a nuisance, I believe that with the system they can check from both banks and the system will say if it’s wrong and give a till slip to keep as record for the stores records! I almost walked out with out my money because ntombekhaya from pep khayelitsha mall did not want to have voids on her till because I the customer was unsure which bank the money was sent from van we as customers have the full conditions of this transfer and ur staffs attitude sucks !!!
