Untrained Staff

We bought a Samsung phone yesterday, the sales consultant tears up the Telkom contact details in front of us w/o asking us anything, so we asked, 'why are you throwing that away'? Her response ''No need to worry your phone is rica''d. The phone cannot make any calls nor download wattsapp. We went back to Pep, they said its not they problem its Telkom's. We got to Telkom its not rica'd!!!!! We now have to go back to Pep cause the sim card comes with 5gigs monthy data. Try calling Pep customer care, there is about 4 nos only 1 works. Pep is Cheap Yes, Even they service is Cheap!!!
