UNTIDY/DIRTY SHOP

Good day.... I would like to express my disappointment & disgust at the state of one your PEP branches. On 2 occasions I went into PEP in the Promenade Mitchells Plain & both times the shop looked like a volcano passed through it. The floor was dirty, clothes lying on the floor ( I am aware that customers \throw\" clothes on the floor), & the shop was not that busy that the staff could not pick up the clothes or even mop the floor. There were also no staff on the floor.. I know that its not PEP's culture."
