Unsatisfied service

Good day Pep store at Tshwane mall front opposite vodacom have a tendency of not wanting to assist customers. This is for the second time going to pep for return of an item with the slip and they asking why am I not returning it where I purchased the item.. I mean we have near by stores for assistance and further more this lazy workers must me replace it's totally unacceptable and they suck at customer service.. After a long battle they assisted but they should stop this bull****ing customers if they don't want to work the store Is open for sales from customers.
