Unsatisfied customer

I visited PEP Stores ( 2 Ring Rd, Greenacres, Gqeberha, 6057) yesterday morning, 13/03/2024. The times on the door says they open 09:30. We were a few people standing outside the close door. It was very frustrating as we had places to be! NO one was even in sight. Someone strolled to the door to open it 09:45. By this time I was standing in front of a close door for 45 minutes! If they are supposed to open 09:30 they MUST open 09:30!
