Unsatisfied customer!!!

Theres a very rude lady at pep in the Goldfields mall, her name is Sana, who does not know what customer service is. She thinks that pep is her ****a shop treating customers like garbage. She has been that way for years, today was the last straw. Please go back to the drawing board and employ people who are passionate about customers service.
