UNSATISFACTORY END OF SALE SERVICE!!!

My dad bought a phone last year September and it started having problems this year May and I took it back to the store to get it fixed. However, they didn’t it came back not fixed had to take it again, 3 times and not once were we called to come fetch the phone from the store we had to always go there and ourselves only to find out it hasn’t been fixed. Now when we went to fetch it they say it’s physical damage they can’t fix it, why wasn’t it communicated all alone and where and how was physically damaged when it just switched off and we took it to them to get it fixed. This means they damaged it at the store.
