UNRELIABLE PEP

Thank you so much paxi for destroying my parcel worth more than R3000 , a parcel of family heirlooms. When I sent my parcel i was not told that if not collected it will be destroyed. I was told that it would be returned to the place it was sent from. I am truly disappointed in the level of service. It is truly a shame that one of the courier companies that i trusted has disappointed me like this . Never again will i recommend paxi to anyone to use nor will I be using your services ever again. it also wouldnt kiil you to go and check the people you have employed at the tills of your store pep , they need to loose their attitudes.
