unrealiable service in fact they are ******s

The service is appalling and unrealisable . I sent a package that was suppose to reach Bronkhorstspruit in 5 days when I tried tracking the package they told me the package is in Durban but on the tracking record It shows that It in Johasburg and now headoffice tells me its hijacked, I feed so ****** by paxi pep services and now they want to refund me 1/4 of the value of the package.
