UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

I went to purchase a starter pack yesterday at PEP Home N1 City to do a sim swap. When I got home the sim card didn't work so I called Vodacom customer care and was told the sim card was not registered. I then went back to PEP Home today where the staff made as if I made an error with the sim card. Priscilla was extremely rude saying I am keeping up the queue while I was trying to sort out the sim card. Ursula was just as unprofessional. I will never purchase at that store again or set foot there again. These sales assistants should really learn customer service.
