Unprofessional security guard

Yesterday, Thursday 02/11/17 i went to the new mall in Delft as i saw in the pep brochure they are advertising these nice summer dresses for only R69.99, i went there with the intention to take four of these dresses. With the entering into the store this tall light of complextion african security guard already looked at my son's pram as if i was about to empty the store, i felt so bad as he didn't even do it in a professional manner he searched my son's pram right at the door while there was other customers entering and exiting the store, i decided to keep my cool and just take what i went there for and leave....but as i was about to take the dresses this security guard still looked at me from the doors as if i wanted to *****....at this stage i got so aggro i decided to leave the dresses and go, from where he was standing he could clearly see where i went to and that I've only been in the store for over 2minutes but still when i got to the door he insisted on searching my son's backpack which i had on my back the entire time....OMW! I felt like throwing the backpack in his face as he was clearly out to embarrass me. I left that store promising myself to never ever set foot into any pep stores ever again, this is a brand new mall a walkway from where I'm staying for me as a customer and a sales assistant in retail this is beyond ridiculous this guy clearly don't know anything about customer service. I am disgusted by the treatment i received and this after i spent over a thousand rand twice a year at pep for the past 5 years as i only make my eldest son's lay bye's by them... I'd rather go to Ackermans I'm sorry but not all of us are shoplifters and not all of us deserve such indecent treatment.
