Unprofessional & rude manager

On the 21/12/2018 me & my cousins were doing family shopping at Butterworth for Christmas holidays we visited a PEP store close to shoprite liquor there to buy a cell phone as we were shopping we saw a smart watch & asked one of the ladies working there to assist with the price firstly the manner in which she attended us was so rude to an extent that she gave us attitude because we are from Cape Town, she withdrew a batton as we were in an argument about her attitude and attacked my brother hit her fortunately she hit the phone in the pocket & broke the screen her name is Somila she claimed to be a manager in that store, she was so rude we went to the police station to open a case it was around 17:20 the police advised us to also report this to the area manager in East london, we want justice and something must be done for this unprofessional & rude behavior
