Unprofessional manager

I had a terrible bad experience with pep home in jackal creek shopping centre in northriding. I wanted to send Paxi and only to be told I can’t send a phone however no one states that and the cashier called one lady so called a manager with no management skills, firstly the lady has poor communication skills and she was very rude and telling me I can’t send electronics which I had no issue with however the Paxi rules states items that u can’t send and electronics was not stated, o wasted my money and time to go to the shop to be Turned by unprofessional staff members including their so called manager with no management skills.

Please do something about that and I need proper apology from the so called manager and someone higher.

Very angry and disappointed with PEP….
