Unprofessional Manager

Me and my mom went to PEP Fichardt Park Bloemfontein on 8 December 2019 after 9h00 we had trousers and a shirt that we would like to return for a bigger size that we bought for my dad, a man came to assist he was very rude, he had dirty clothes on and said "why did we rip the trousers and want to return it" we only saw that when we got home yesterday my mom would fix it, the trousers was too small was a size 36 and we return it for a size 38, I asked who the manager is and the one lady said that the rude dirty guy is the manager, he did not want to help us, first time that we are returning something we always buy at this PEP, I said I will then contact the head office to explain our situation and the manager said I can do that A lady that I thought should be the manager came to assist us, she took the trousers and it ripped further in her hand, she showed and explained everything to the manager showed it was not our fault, and then he said it is the first and last time that he will return something that we are buying there I just want to thank the lady that assist us she was professional and friendly she knows how to treat customers I would like PEP to take action against the rude dirty manager who just insulted us not even greeted us or told us he is the manager and what his name is, he is unprofessional how many customers does he treat badly
