Unprofessional employees

Been to Pep stores at PEP broadway in strand ,western cape. By far i think this is the most pathetic store i have ever been to. They were offline and expect me to now take my purchased stuff without any till slip...the manager is just as clueless as the till operators. So disgusted by that place.. please offer your employees better peoples s****s, better manager s****s , tidy their shop this is the only pep stores that is so UNTIDY.
