Unprofessional behaviour by Pep Mobile stores in Bluedowns Corner

Pep mobile store is very pathetic, unprofessional and lack customer care. My brother bought a cell phone, within 7 days, the phone cannot recieve nor accept calls. They were so unprofessional in helping us. The manager even refused to speak to us.
