Unprofessional and Worse Customer Service at Mokopane Pep Cell 4582

I brought a phone on the 29th of December 2017 for repairs as it was faulty for reason not known to me, I was then advised that the phone is out of warranty while on the slip down there shows that the device comes with a 24 months repairs warranty that expires with the service provider if it has ben physically damaged. After I mentioned this they accepted it and booked it in for repairs (with Repaid ID: ********** ********** ) and advised that it will take two to three weeks and It might even take less than that. I called on the 27th of January 2018 to make a follow up and was advised that the phone is still not collected to where its supposed to be taken for repairs.

PEP is really taking advantage as that devise belongs to an old age person, now the person in question has no other cellphone as she is surviving on an old age grant.

I am so disgusted with the service from PEP, I don't think I will ever buy anything from their stores because all they care about is collecting money and nothing else.
