Unprofessional and horrid exspierience with area manager

I just had the most horrid experience in unproffesionalism at your pep store in Queenstown ,eastern cape. I wanted to take a video but I was stunned at how unprofessional you treat your staff the person Thabo that I later found out is the area manager was litterly screaming at one of the staff sindi which I assume is the store manager .i do not even shout at my children the way he was shouting at her ,this was very humiliating to see everyone in the shop was stunned in silence the poor lady was depleted and could not even talk nor explain is this how you expect your management to treat staff this was horrifying I wanted to give the lady a big hug afterwards because she was very close to tears ..I have been a customer in all your shops in Queenstown and are well known to all staff ,this is not the way to treat staff like they are dogs ,I recently bought a phone at one of your branches and was delighted with the service but today I am disappointed..I am asking if you need to treat your staff like animals please have the decency to do it privately not for all the customers to see
