unprofessional and disrespectful

I called pep stores in 19 thorntree shopping centre in Gauteng today with regards to one of their employees. the person that picked up the call was so unprofessional "hello what do you want". when i asked their head office number the person said " i dont have any numbers and im busy" after that dropped the call. i felt this was rude and very unprofessional.
