Unprofessional

I phoned PEP HOME store(meadowdale)on 23/08/24 regarding glasses talked to Sisanda .which she said they have in stock. (She had me on hold to go check on the shelve if they have ) she said they have ..told her will come to the store following day .. I get to the store on the 24/08 got attended by Zozo.Zozo then tells me that all the glasses where all broken.there is no way they can keep all 6 broken glasses on the shelve .I came all the way from Westrand for those glasses .I didn't even get an apology
