The pep store in jabulani mall is a disgrace dstv should take action as I bought a dstv in the store and was told they'd send a dstv installer within 48hours but till today its been a week en no response from them when I call the manager is always not there I spoke to a rude consultant by the name of mthobisi who had no intentions of assisting me even Busi was now running away from taking the phone and she said I must come take back my money meaning they dont care about my money they have taken dstv en pep needs to address this as its unacceptable
