Unprocedural loan application-****** ID

On the 26th May,I was ****** on a knife point and took my Fnb card and went swipe it at Pep Cell to purchase 3 cell phones and airtime,,coming to my surprise when I went to the store,Xolani Khumalo who address himself as a store manager override the sale and no ID book was required for Rica as per cashier and my card was clearly printed my name on and ****s were Indian guys,Xolani told me they got suspicious but they still released the stock furthermore he stated that their cameras were offline on that day,after numerous calls to Headoffice I spoke to Mary-Ann she transferred me to Tshepo who is their regional manager,he only rep**** to tell me he is doing a follow up,up to this point nothing solid has been done,kindly assist me. ********** 636
