Unpleasant service

I bought a phone from Pep home and months later starting experiencing problems with the phone since it was still within the warranty period I than returned it at a Pep Home at Mall of the North. It has been giveiweeks and have only received communication that the phone has been received by the repair centre and this was on the 3rd November. I've been to the store several times and was advised that the status is replaced and today 14 December advised that it has been received but they cannot provide information on who received it and at which store. This type of service is appauling and this has been my first and definitely last time buying a phone at a Pep Store.
